The following cancellation policy applies

Legal regulations in case of late arrival, early departure or cancellation.
The legal regulations applied in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure are explained hereafter. In order to prevent inconveniences we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance at EUROPÄISCHE REISEVERSICHERUNG AG.

Contract conclusion:
When accommodation has been ordered, booked or been accepted or has been made available at short notice, a contract for accommodation comes into effect. The conclusion of the contract for accommodation binds both partners with all rights and commitments for the whole period of the contract.
Services:
The contract for accommodation is valid once the room has been ordered and both parties have agreed to this contract orally or in writing. The contract binds both parties to fulfil the commitments resulting from the contract for the entire duration of the contract: a) The host is obliged to provide the accommodation in a ready-to-use state according to the booking. b) The guest is obliged to pay the agreed amount for the duration of the accommodation contract. c) The guest is not released from paying the amount resulting from the contract by not making use of his right to occupy the accommodation, whatever the reason. d) If the reason for not being able to make use of the right of occupying the accommodation is the is a fault of the host, the guest is freed from the obligation to pay the respective amount.
Late arrival/Early departure:
In case of late arrival or early departure (regardless of the fact if the duration of stay was agreed orally or in writing) the accommodation costs (room price without board) are charged for the entire period booked.
Cancellation:
If the guest is unable to make use of their right to occupy the accommodation, the guest is obliged to pay the costs per overnight stay in full for the entire period booked. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of operation.
